We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pepini is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pepini gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Item must not show signs of use or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos

We’ll make it right quickly—either a replacement or refund.

If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order to avoid delays.
